• Candidates must be a College graduate in any course.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Candidate must have call center experience as well as training experience.
• Must have excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written).
• Must know how to create training modules.
• Can analyze, manage and control attrition rate of trainees.
• Must be willing to work shifting hours.
