A. JOB TITLE

HR Officer

B. SCOPE OF WORK

As HR Officer, scope of work will include assisting the CEO with the company’s HR functions including, recruitment functions, maintenance of 201 files, administration of employee benefits, monitoring of employee compliance to company rules and regulations, preparation of memo, and monitoring of attendance and processing of payroll.

C. RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Compensation and Benefits

a. Perform attendance monitoring end payroll monitoring
b. Maintain employee/consultant 201 files
c. Prepare employee contracts
d. Administer employee benefits
e. Prepare Job evaluation and recommend salary structure
f. Monitor performance of employees and deployed consultants

2. Industrial relations

a. Perform employee orientation.
b. Review personnel policy and monitor compliance
i. Prepare interoffice memo, as appropriate
ii. Coordinate with legal retainer as necessary
c. Monitor job satisfaction of employees and deployed consultants
d. Develop programs to improve employee and consultant relations
e. Prepare interoffice memo related to personnel management

3. Training

a. Identify training needs
b. Recommend appropriate training interventions

4. Develop sourcing strategies specific to manpower requirements

a. Screen candidates based on manpower requirement
b. Confirm match by communicating with candidate and discussing requirements.
c. Endorse candidates to the Hiring Manager.
d. Discuss requirements with the Hiring Manager
e. Coordinate with groups responsible for sourcing and updating resources

5. Prepare reports.
