Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from four-year College; with four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have at least 4 years strong QA experience in testing complex software applications related to Web, client/server or Lotus Notes applications in an enterprise environment. Must be able to plan, create and execute functional, integration, regression, load and performance tests
• Demonstrate 4 years of experience with creating detailed test plans, test data, executing the tests and analyze the test results, report & metrics, and defect management.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in defect management and issues resolved to closure.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience of going through the entire software development life cycle of an application.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience testing software products with frequent release cycles – e.g. new version upgrades
• Must have 2 years of experience to manage multiple project schedules at different phases of testing and handling project assignments independently.
• Minimum of2 years of experience in reviewing technical & functional specifications and develop QA test scenarios based on requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in reporting metrics and status updates progress to upper management.
• Must be able to coordinate QA tasks and priorities for each project including identifying QA/testing environment needs.
• Experience in working with geographically dispersed teams on the various projects
• Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with technical resources as well as business resources
• Knowledge of Mercury Quality Center & Mercury Quick Test Pro is a plus
• Willing to work during non-standard work hours (minimum of half-day overlap with US business hours)
• Must be willing to work in Alabang
• Full time/ Permanent positions are available
