Salary Package: PHP20,000.00
Schedule of work: 8:30-5:00 M-F
Work Location: Laguna
Male. Ages 20-30.
Main Function:
Ensure the smooth running of the Quality department in tandem with the Company Quality Policy.
Ensure that established quality assurance procedures and test methods are maintained and all non-conformities are documented.
Main Duties
Carry out proper closure application/ measurements and laboratory test on closures manufacturing. Ensure that received raw material is checked according to work instructions.
Co-ordinate the preparation of documentation and its implementation of ISO 9001:2000.
Record, analyze and present data for closures rejected or sorted on a weekly basis and when required.
Co-ordinate with production supervisors in trouble shooting and quality problems; determine the extent of affected products and arrange disposition (Audit, rejection or sorting) of the affected product.
Spearhead the investigation, analysis and imposing of Corrective and Preventive Actions on Customer claims/complaints and Quality Issues
Make sure that Corrective and Preventive Actions for Customer and Quality Claims are in-placed and properly implemented
Maintain the measuring, inspection and test equipment in functional and calibrated status.
Conduct Quality Near-Miss daily audits and spearhead on closing those issue/s along with the Quality Manager
Follow-up to all concerned persons regarding the requirement/s of closing quality issues/customer complaints including to that on Quality Near Misses.
Ensure harmonious relationship is maintained within the Department especially to his subordinates.
Ensure the presence of Quality Technicians in production floor at all times and that all quality checks are properly executed
Ensure that good housekeeping standards are maintained throughout the department and that all employees wear the mandatory PP equipment as specified and they work in a safe manner as defined in Company safety policies.
Along with the QA Manager maintain discipline and issue verbal and written warnings with the help of the HR department as defined in Company Policy Manual.
Ensure that all employees are properly trained and new employees are assessed and the results given to the HR department.
Authorize department overtime along with the QA manager and issue out passes. Complete relevant attendance documentation as required by the HR Department.
Owing to the fact that production operates on a continuous basis it will be necessary on certain occasions to work additional hours to ensure that the department runs in a smooth and efficient manner.
Carry out any other reasonable duties, as and when necessary, to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Quality department.
