Tentative Job Description:
General Operation:
Responsible in the smooth & effective operation of the store & restaurant
Ensures that all guests are properly attended to; seeks feedback; and cautious over the safety and security of the company and guests; addresses and solves customer concerns, if possible; otherwise elevate the issue immediately to higher management
Responsible for general maintenance and cleanliness of the branch and ensure that all equipment are operational
Ensure adequate staffing on duty to deliver the appropriate standard of service
Performs administrative tasks and other related duties that may be required
Supervising:
Responsible in supervising all personnel in serving guests in order to provide a dining experience that meets or exceeds guests’ expectations while adhering to service standards
Ensures efficient and effective working structure
Performs coaching and counseling of personnel; handles communication problems involving direct subordinates
In-charge in setting personnel work schedule
