URGENT HIRING!!! Workforce Manager for BPO Needed ASAP (GHSJMA)
at Global Headstart Specialist in
Requirements:
· Candidates must be a College graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in any course.
· Must have at least 5 years working experience in the related field and preferable COPC registered coordinators or experience in implementing COPC standards.
· Must be able to communicate in English well.
· Must be computer literate, knowledgeable with MS Office especially with excel.
· Must be willing to work graveyard shift, shifting schedules, holidays and weekends.
Responsibilities:
· Position requires leading the WFM team across multiple sites.
· Will be responsible for
o Optimal staffing of all businesses to meet SLs and drive business goals.
o Manage forecasting and real time monitoring processes.
o Maintaining client relationships.
o Manage seat capacity across all sites
o Contingency and DR planning support.
· Lead and participate in projects towards business growth.
· Manage team responsibilities and succession planning.
· Interface with technology/telecom/vendors for technical support and development.
