OAM is experienced in designing, implementing and managing critical business processes and call center solutions for Clients around the world from its Makati, Philippine operations centers.
OAMPI’s Clients come from all over, and include companies in the Energy, Education, Internet, Healthcare, and IT industries. We can serve clients in multiple languages including English, Spanish, Japanese, and Chinese and provide support for various business and knowledge processes.
Responsibilities:
• Data Mining - analyze and assess data
• Design, create, manage and Identify data source for reports
• Resolve data issues using advanced mining techniques
• Maintain reliable and consistent reports to ensure adherence to department policies and procedures
• Participate in the activities related to problem resolution.
• Do other related duties from time to time.
Requirements:
• Required skill(s): data analysis, statistics, data mining
• At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of program languages is an advantage
• Must be willing to work in Makati
