LEARNING & ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR
BASIC FUNCTION:
This person is responsible for leadership / behavioral competency development and organizational capability building initiatives in ensuring the establishment of a balanced culture of performance excellence and value for people.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS/AB Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related course;
- Minimum of 2 years OD and Training experience;
- ISO experience would be an advantage;
- Has experience in leadership / behavioral competency development;
- Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities;
- Strong presentation qualities;
- Strategic Planning, Complex Problem Resolution and General Management expertise;
- Must be a creative thinker and an excellent team player.
