Female Web Coordinator/Web Developer – Makati, 60-65k
Responsibilities:
▪ Create, develop and manage content for organization’s presence including website & CRM communications
▪ Coordinate web and content projects across all channels
▪ Develop web applications and testing them on various browsers, enhancing and modifying them as necessary to ensure the best experience for the user
▪ Document new and modified functionality
▪ Maintain good code quality and ensure that the development standards are adhered to through periodic analysis
▪ Maintain a consistent look, feel and tone of voice throughout all published content
▪ Copyedit and proofread all content
▪ Oversee freelancers, including writers, copyeditors and community outreach organizers
▪ Manage the execution of all communications to existing customer base
▪ Optimize efficiency and quality of campaigns
▪ Track and report on all site metrics and efficiency of email campaigns
▪ Drive forward technical development for content management systems and CRM tools
▪
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
▪ At least 3 years experience managing content and CRM campaign within a high speed, “real time” environment
▪ Strong background experience with Vertical Response, Sales Force, Campaign Enterprise or equivalent
▪ Strong working knowledge of poker
▪ Experience working with CMS and CRM tools
▪ Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills
▪ Ability to work collaboratively and with limited supervision
▪ Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML and Photoshop
▪ Ability to manipulate data with Excel and excellent Excel skills
▪ Strong organizational skills and experience of balancing multiple projects at once
▪ Excellent analytical skills
▪ Fluent in English. Chinese Mandarin (Written and Spoken) is a plus.
