Full-time (Pioneer Account) Technical Support Representatives, Makati Site

Responsibilities

Contribute to content and technical community efforts
Utilize effective communication with customers and peers
Document complex technical issues in a clear written form
Keep customer informed throughout the process
Identify customer needs and identify resolutions that meet those needs
Clearly guide the customer through the application and troubleshooting steps for the applications supported.
Experience in computer technical support preferably on one of the Windows operating & Office systems
Provide and facilitate the delivery of technical solutions and information to targeted customers

Requirements

Strong technical knowledge in software, hardware, and networking, particularly troubleshooting and repair
Prior experience in customer service or call center environment.
Ability to proactively solve problems and is results-oriented
Ability to learn complex technical information quickly
Speaks and writes with high level of proficiency in the English language
