It is a contractual post (6 months) but may extend to 1 year or more.
• Handles Seating Capacity Plan
• Request for access cards/ID’s, office supplies and bank cars tube used by directors visiting from different countries.
• Invoice computation and checking
• Work Order tracking and requesting for payments
• Works with different admin assistants from USA and Asia Pacific countries to schedule meetings.
• Facilitates meetings and conference calls.
• Handles the asset inventory for the whole site.
• Communicates to partners from the USA to provide specific data that is needed.
• Function includes setting up meetings, preparing meeting rooms, attends to the requests of the site manager, handles and maintains the site.
• Consolidates the data of the resources on site.
• Well-versed in customer service, service standards, operating procedures, problem resolution, and escalated complaints.
• Well-developed communication skills and public relations.
• Results-oriented team player with practical skills.
• Highly energetic, motivated, positive team player.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
