The Opportunity

For us to be successful in this field of business, we are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor in Manila to assist our management team with setting up a one-stop online store.

Major responsibilities
• Managing the production schedule. At present, production primarily refers to product & fashion photography shoots for Lazada’s online catalog.
• Coordinating within the team and with our departments/teams within the company
• Ensuring that resources (ie, venue, products, people, etc.) are available for production
• Sourcing and contracting talents/models and related resources (stylist, hair & make-up) for fashion shoots
Requirements
• Strong network of contacts in fashion/modeling industry preferred
• Interest in fashion, fashion trends, and styling preferred.
• Interest in consumer products, particularly electronics, a plus.
• Must have a gregarious/bubbly personality, able to comfortably interact with models as well as other departments/teams within the company
• Must be able to work under pressure within a tight budget and schedule"
