For us to be successful in this field of business, we are seeking an experienced Purchasing Account Executive in Manila to assist our management team with setting up a one-stop online store.

The Role
• Purchasing Account Executive
Major responsibilities
• Liaise with various suppliers to check inventory levels, place orders, and coordinate deliveries
• Problem solve issues concerning suppliers and deliveries
• Prepare necessary documentation and paper work for orders and deliveries
• Work with category buyers and warehouse personnel to ensure smooth flow of stocks from supplier to warehouse
Requirements
• Good grasp of English language
• Proficiency with Excel and Word
• Proactive, self-starter with passion who can stand up for oneself
• People skills and experience dealing with people and suppliers
• 2-3 years of fashion retail or purchasing/buying experience preferred
Education
• College degree or equivalent work experience
