Employee Engagement/Employee Relations Manager Needed ASAP (GHSJMA)

Job Description:
Coaching and mentoring team towards achieving HR deliverable.
Proactively Analyze issues/trends(such as attrition, disengagement, etc), recommend strategies and take up end to end ownership to implement the desired change/outcome.
Continuously reengineer HR function @ location to add value to business.
Providing information, interpretation and implementation regarding employee friendly HR policies, procedures, practices and decisions.
Participate in setting up systems for resolving employee queries and issues on all aspects of HR.
Monitors and manages the implementation of corrective actions, ensures that it is fairly and consistently enforced and in compliance with local labor laws.
Works closely with Line Managers and provides them guidance and support in all matters that concerns employee relations e.g., discipline and grievance, employee welfare, morale, retention, employee compensation and benefits administration and post employment.
Participate with teams to develop and implement guidelines and policies that support our business, culture, and philosophy.
Work towards improving employee satisfaction scores and metrics for the teams.
Participate in conceptualizing and implementing end to end HR special projects whenever required.
Conduct exit interviews and perform analysis of the same to identify issues/patterns and work towards resolving them.
Be accountable for full compliance with all employee relations requirements, in such areas as terminations, offers, performance management processes etc.
Stay abreast of statutory compliances, requirements and notifying site wide changes
Requirements:
Graduate of any four year business course - graduate of BS Law will be given preference.
At least 5 years experience under the same capacity in BPO set up.
With exposure on overall facets of HR is an advantage
Desired Qualifications:
MBA/pursuing MBA is an advantage
