HR Staff - Employee Relations
National Capital Reg - Balintawak Quezon City
Responsibilities:
In-charge of attendance reports and payroll summaries
Clearance processing and monitoring (resigned employees)
In-charge of processing government mandated benefits
Processes time keeping records of employees carefully checking attendance, tardiness, leave, overtime premium, and other payroll transactions.
Ensures timely reporting of new employees and remittances of government-mandated contributions.
Ensures accurate computation and payment of final pay and other benefits of separated employees.
Assists and endorses new employees in securing ATM Card from the payroll servicing bank, and mandatory requirements such as Tax Identification Number, Philhealth, SSS, and HDMF numbers, etc.
Assists employees in filing their maternity, sickness & other notification with SSS, and ensure completeness of requirements and documents submitted.
Provides services to employees to answer their benefit questions, resolve problems related to access to or payment of benefits, orient newly eligible employees, and process enrollment forms, changes, and loan requests.
Prepares and communicates information to employees about benefit programs, procedures, changes, and government-mandated disclosures.
Requirements:
College degree in Psychology, Business Administration or Business Management HR related trainings and seminars are essential
Between 21 to 25 years old
At least 1 year HR experience in a staff position preferably gained from retail industry, experience in other facets of HR is a definite advantage
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
