• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing
• Minimum of a year experience as Sales and/or Marketing Manager
• With excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Able to build relationships and networks proactively;
• Able to generate and present strategic sales and marketing plans;
• Must have good leadership skills and can multi task; .
• Proven leadership quality and ability to motivate salesteam
• Willing to do field work and be assigned on provincial assignments;
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to effectively manage others to complete tasks
• With strong understanding of customer and market dynamics andrequirements
• Computer Literate (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to work under pressure, quick thinker
• Self motivated and a high level of tenacity
• Strong analytical skills
• Result orientation, good implementation capacity
• Good presence / chariandante high level of confidence
• Excellent sales and persuading skills, must have a strategic sales/marketing vision and be extremely organized
