JAPANESE CSR - Makati

•Handles incoming Japanese Calls and serves as back-ups for all US members of the Priority Club Rewards Program
•Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and/or Japanese
•Customer service and/or sales experience an advantage
•Education and experience in the hospitality or IT industry an advantage
•Must be willing to work on a rotating shift

Responsibilities:
•Enrolls new members to the Priority Club Rewards Program
•Manages and maintains Priority Club accounts by ensuring member satisfaction
