Mandarin Rewards Officer (VIP-CS) - Makati


Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
Responsibilities:
• Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically (email/Chat)
• Accepting order inquiries from customers and responding with follow up queries.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries regarding products and services of the organization.
• Perform customer verifications.
• Handling and resolving customer complaints, obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
• Following up with customers to ensure high-level satisfaction and determining future requirements.
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests
• Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
• Record details of actions taken
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Follow up on customer interactions
Requirements:
1. Willing to stay overseas (Based in Manila, Philippines)
2. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. High school Level or the equivalent with at least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field will be considered
4. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
6. Fast learner and self motivate
7. Team-oriented and service minded
8. Careful and patient, able to work under pressure
9. Able to work in shift, irregular and also weekends and public holidays
10. Basic computer and technological knowledge (software applications)
• Understanding Basic operation of computer software applications (MSN, YM, QQ, Browser, Internet and Email) & Hardware.
• proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
11. Typing/keyboard
• Average Requirement  over 40 wpm
• Lowest Requirement  over 30 wpm
• Highest Requirement  over 70 wpm
12. Numeric, oral and written language applications
• Required Good command in written and spoken in Chinese
• Requires a basic level of English (written and spoken)
