Job Responsibility
• Analyzes business processes and perform needs assessments for systems solutions
• Participates in the creation of formal deliverables such as Business Requirements Document (BRD), Requirements Traceability Matrix, etc.
• Supports Development team in creation of required design documentation as well as other development activities
• Supports Test Team in creation and execution of Test Scenarios and Cases
• Participates in analysis and triage of Defects and Change Request requirements
• Participates in assigned work group meetings

Job Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or Business Management or Equivalent.
• Candidates must have at least 5+ years of working experience
• Experience in Health Care and/or Insurance industry is preferred
• Experience in areas of Health Care membership, claims, and provider management is also preferred
• Experience with creation of formal deliverables like Business Requirements Document, Test Cases, Requirements Traceability Matrix, etc.
• Experience with SDLC and RUP methodologies
• Experience with Rational Tool Set for Requirements Management (DOORS, Requisition Pro, etc.)
• Ability to communicate effectively through clear, concise written documentation, verbal presentations, and interviews
• Ability to work in team environment
• Experience with onshore/offshore delivery model for technology solutions
• Experience with large scale enterprise solution projects such as ERPs, CRMs, etc.
• Big 5 or consulting or system integrator background is preferred
• Full time/ Permanent Position Available
• Must be willing to work in Pasay Moa
