Role: SAP HR Technical Consultant
Type: Permanent Fulltime
Location: Makati City

Technical Competency:
• Certified within SAP HR
• ITIL Certification an advantage
• Minimum 3 years of experience with End-to-Implementation/ Change Request handling
• Strong application understanding within the following SAP HR areas (PA, OM, TM, TEM, ESS, MSS, HR Authorizations – PFCG & OOSB)
• Basic knowledge within the following cross application areas
• ABAP Workbench (SE* transactions)
• Workplace and workflow (SBWP and SW* transactions)
• User administration (SU* transactions)
• Batch Job handling (SM3* transactions)
• Data Migration (LSMW)
• Good understanding of HR Business Processes (Employee transaction management, Talent Management, HR Reporting, Business Process Mapping)
Others:
• Ability to investigate and analyse complex technical and functional issues
• Ability to drive problem management and impact assessment
• Ability to present and conclude on final resolution
• Demonstrates a medium/high experience as SAP HR Business Analyst
• Ability to reflect, summarise and conclude on discussion – both in writing (reports, minutes, case notes etc) and oral communication.
• Ability to present and communicate in a way that targets the intended audience
