Urgent: Customer Service Representatives (Alabang)
Key Responsibilities
•Attend to customer calls and provide outstanding service to customers throughout the duration of the call.
•Listens, probes and analyses to determine underlying needs of customer concerns.
•Identifies or recognizes sales opportunities to meet customer needs and actively offers client’s products and services.
•Acts as a team player and coordinates work with fellow team members.
Requirements:
•At least two years of college education with no back subjects
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Must be willing to work at Northgate Cyberzone, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
