Accountants
National Capital Reg - Balintawak, Quezon City
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the preparation of Working Trial Balance, drafting monthly Financial Statements and supporting schedules.
Maintains accuracy and completeness of books of accounts.
Prepares check, disbursement vouchers and journal vouchers.
Check petty cash funds for replenishment.
Coordinates with affiliates for the reconciliation of advances.
Prepares BIR returns such as withholding taxes and VAT.
Responsible for providing support to the Accounting Head with a strong emphasis on accurate data entry.
Eventually will submit recommendations for change based on improved service or efficiency in completing activities and operation of the Accounting department as a whole
Requirements:
Must be BS Accountancy graduate, CPA an advantage
Possesses thorough knowledge in General Accounting
With at least 1 year experience in General Accounting
Between 22 to 30 years old
Computer Literate - MS Excel and MS Word
With leadership and high analytical skills
With strong ability to multitask in order to meet increasing job requirements
Can work under pressure and over extended hour
Diligent and honest
