QUALIFICATIONS
•Graduate of any Bachelor's/College Degree
•Must have excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin language skills
•Must be able to understand and compose emails in English and Mandarin languages
•Must have Helpdesk and Remote support understanding and experience
•Must have general knowledge of PC applications such as Internet Explorer, Acrobat Reader, and •Microsoft application (Outlook, Word, Excel)
•Knowledge of graphic file formats, postscript files, TrueType fonts and Postscript fonts are a plus.
•Proficiency in database entry and report generation are a plus.
•With strong reading comprehension skills
•With very good organizational and analytical skills
•Team Player and can work with minimum supervision
•Can work under pressure and on extended hours
•Willing to work on shifting schedule including graveyard and during holidays
•With high analytical ability and comprehension skills
•Preferably with at least 1 year supervisory experience
•With background on project management
