Spanish Technical Support Engineer/Representative - Pasig
Requirements of Position (Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):
•Bachelor’s degree or a combination of higher education and professional experience is required.
•Minimum of two years’ experience in a Technical Support function.
•Working knowledge of SQL researching data inquiries Familiarity with database management and reporting analysis.
•Familiarity with a Learning Management System is desired but not essential.
•Working technical knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and file structure.
•Good verbal and written communication skills Strong customer communication skills and customer service orientation.
•Experience communicating and providing support via phone and email is required.
•Strong customer service skills and commitment to providing excellent user support experience are required.
•Applicants must have the ability to work in a fast-paced IT environment, be capable of leading projects from start to finish.
•Ability to prioritize and execute tasks Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
•Be able to follow instructions and complete small projects.
•Be able to work in the morning or mid-afternoon shift.
Schedule: Shifting schedule (2:00pm – 11:00pm and 8:00am – 5:00pm)
Fixed Monday to Friday
