Japanese Service Desk Representative - Pasig City


Responsibilities:

• Process complex, business transactions, correspondence, emails and telephone calls.
• Receive inbound calls from customers regarding existing business transactions.
• Place outbound calls as needed to customers related to business and resolving status inquiries.


Requirements:

o Ability to analyze transactions and make procedural decisions with minimal supervision
o Fluent in Japanese Above-average English communication skills both in oral and written (back-office experience preferred but not required)
o At least 6 months call center experience (preferred)
o Basic proficiency in MS Office applications particularly Excel/Word (advanced will be a plus but not necessary)
o Can provide excellent customer experience either over the phone or through email
o Candidate must be willing to work on shifting schedules
o Candidate must have an excellent multi-tasking skills
o Must be hardworking, honest and responsible
o Candidates must have a keen sense on detail
o Applicants must be willing to work in Silver City, Pasig.
Compensation Package: Above average base pay plus program allowance and fixed night differential
