Responsibilities:
•Assist clients/ customers with their inquiries
•Provide full customer satisfaction and top quality service.
•Coordinates well with co-employees, Superiors and other departments.
•Provides answers and solutions to the customers in a professional manner
•Meet priorities set within the department and any SLA provided.
•Intermediate written and verbal SPANISH communication skills are required
Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
•At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Applicants must be willing to work in Alabang,Muntinlupa City.
•Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
