Full-time Office Manager

Our client in Ayala, Makati City is a leading provider of regulatory compliance products and services for the life sciences industry. They have assisted over 200 clients world-wide with the management of their business risk by assuring compliance with applicable FDA and international regulations as well as industry best practices. We have warranted solutions for managing global compliance across the end-to-end supply chain. Their recruitment needs are sorely handled by our company. Their headquarters is in Illinois with other offices located in Dubai and Ireland. The company offers HMO, 60K (still negotiable)+up salary, 18days paid leave.

Qualifications:
5+ years as an Office Manager or equivalent.
Background in IT is a plus.
Proficient with MS Office Suite.
College Degree in Business, Computer Science or equivalent.
A Project Management or QA background in preferred.
Intermediate to advanced experience with spreadsheets.
Organization and time management skills is a must.
Must possess great communication skills (both written and verbal).
Must have excellent English skills.
Must be independent.
Excellent attention to detail.
Knowledge and proven experience with Human Resources management practices and procedures.
Must use diplomacy and tact at all times.
Manage basic HR functions (inducting and training new employees, employment law compliance, workers' comp, leaves of absence).
Maintains a safe and secure working environment.
Responsible for the facilities day-to-day operations.
