Job Responsibilities
• Work with the rest of the team to define the future direction of the Company’s platform
• Define low-level technical architectures based on the high-level product and architectural requirements
• Write commercial-quality code for particularly challenging, sensitive, high-priority, or otherwise important components
• Evaluate, select, configure, and operate internal tools for development support (revision control, issue tracking, etc.)
• Build and manage both in-house and outsourced resources

Job Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Candidates must have at least 5+ years experience developing world-class applications
• Must have 4+ years experience with Java EE and related core technologies (spring, Struts, Hibernate, etc.)
• Candidates with at least 1 year solid coding experience in Java/J2EE are open to apply
• Proficiency with rich web application technologies such as HTML5, AJAX, Flash, etc.
• Proficiency in designing with and using data (database, XML, serialized objects.)
• Experience developing distributed, highly-available systems
• Strong understanding of common network protocols and network programming
• Strong understanding of security fundamentals
• Strong understanding of Linux and/or Unix fundamentals; administration skills a plus
• Significant experience working with large development teams using common development support tools (revision control, issue tracking, etc.)
• Experience with mobile applications and multimedia is a plus
• Must be willing to work at The Fort , Taguig City
