Job Description
• As Sr. OA/Network Engineer, you will be implement solutions and provide full technical support on office automation-related software, hardware, and network infrastructure requirements of PVM OCs that RSO Manila supports
• As Sr. OA/Network Engineer, you will be manage the day to day IT operational activities for different offices

Job Responsibilities
• Implement and maintain full (end-to-end) systems administration (including hardware sizing and optimization) of the assigned servers & systems
• Setup, administer and maintain the Windows Active Directory, DNS & DHCP
• Setup, administer and maintain the Exchange and Internet/Intranet servers applications, SharePoint Portal Server running on Microsoft SQL Server and MS ISA proxy server
• Setup and maintain the security and integrity of all assigned servers and the access rights (network, email, shared files, internet access) of each user in the network
• Manage the server/application backups for all assigned servers as per scope of responsibility
• Implement and maintain networking solutions and equipment (including middle-ware appliances)
• Maintain and improve the network performance of the LAN/WAN, PABX, VideoCon equipment etc.
• Setup, configure and document LAN/WAN configurations
• Maintain the security and integrity of all assigned appliances / switches / hubs / routers and the access rights connection (network, email, shared files, internet access) of each user in the network
• Responsible for the whole LAN/WAN network and OA-related application servers/systems availability – as per agreed SLA.
• Setup and maintenance of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) for the assigned servers and network infrastructure

Job Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Candidates must have at least 5+ years working experience
• Knowledge in Windows 2003 Active Directory, DNS & DHCP
• Knowledge in MS Exchange 2003 Server
• Knowledge in MS SQL Server database
• Knowledge in MS SharePoint Portal Server, Microsoft ISA Proxy
• Candidates must know Cisco PIX & ASA firewall, Cisco Iron Port Anti-spam, Cisco Routers, Wireless access points/routers, VMWare virtualization
• Knowledge in Symantec Backup/Recovery operations, TCP/IP and IP Routing
• Knowledge in PC hardware and software troubleshooting, HP-UX
• Candidates must be willing to work in Global, Taguig City
• Full time/ Permanent Positions are available
