2 QUALITY COMPLIANCE OFFICERS

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensures quality services of the company to its client.
• Reviews test findings within the Internal/External Audit Team
• Takes the lead in ensuring there are written procedures, standards of conduct and policies around every process of the company.
• Identifies and analyzes control issues or changes in company processes for potential implications.
• Liaises with process and control owners and selected department managers to ensure that controls are properly designed and are operating effectively.
• Works with relevant department managers to resolve control issues as quickly as possible and implement effective remediation strategies.
• Stays informed and updates changes in legislation, accounting literature and regulatory guidance.
• Escalates possible critical issues to the senior management of the company.
• Participates in special departmental projects that may be assigned from time to time.
• Provides work-related assistance to other team members when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy.
• Female, 25 to 35 yrs. old.
• CPA or NON-CPA.
• A minimum of 4 years experience in audit and tax.
• Experience in Auditing Services is a plus.
• Highly organized and attentive to detail.
• Must have experiences in supervising people.
• Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• With experience in using accounting softwares is a great advantage.
• Willing to be trained as Audit expert.
• Willing to work in Pasig/ Mandaluyong City.
