Responsibilities:
Handle technical support calls from established customer
Cross sell value added services or products offered by the company
Provide consistent, superior service to every customer by utilizing all available tools and resources
Requirements:
Eighteen years old and above
Exceptional communication skills and call handling skills.
Technical Support Call Center experience / background is a plus
Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills
Strong knowledge of the installation, configuration, and upgrading of hardware and software support
Experience with MS products and webOffice based applications
Proficiency in problem solving, decision making and multitasking in a fast paced environment
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
