Responsibilities

Receives and places telephone calls and chats.
Maintains solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
Performs data entry and uses software programs.


Requirements

Excellent in English communication skills and can talk to the level of a novice, can understand and explain complicated concepts simply
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
Flexible in working in varying shifts, extended hours and during weekends and holidays as required by the business
Assist customers via phone or chat through problem diagnosis, and providing resolution / processing transactions for technical support, customer service and billing related queries, while maintaining unparalleled Customer Experience
Ability to effectively present information, articulate in explaining concepts and responds to questions from customers in verbal and chat.
