Job Responsibilities
• Leads a team of developers with developing application architecture.
• Provides direction to development team in designing, developing and testing applications.
• Looks after the team in its tasks to implement mock-ups, prototypes and production systems.
• Provides advice, information on technology tools and platforms. Mentors other developers.
Provides technical management oversight of all technical activities and team.
• Creates work architectures, and project plans for technology deliverables.
• Advises on roles and staffing requirements.
• Conducts technology team status/review meetings and code reviews.
• Overall responsibility for technical implementation.

Job Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Candidates must have at least 5 years of Java/J2EE Experience
• At least 2-3 years Technical Lead experience
• Knowledge in Framework experience on STRUTS, Spring & Hibernate, JMS
• Can rapidly learn new technology tools, platforms
• Knowledge in Vendor meeting facilitation
• Knowledge in Technical project management (tasking, staffing, planning, and scoping work)
• Knowledge in Sales proposal, Statement of Work development
• Must have knowledge in Consulting Craft, facilitation/ presentation
• Must have Application development background
• Knowledge in Back-end development, Internet development skills
• Must have Good documentation skills
• Candidates must be willing to work in Makati City
• Full time/ Permanent Positions are available
