Job Description
• The Telco Engineer will manage and maintain IT Telecom infrastructure spanning multiple sites in the Philippines.
• They will contribute their skills and expertise in new projects, existing projects, and aid in all maintenance requirements using Industry-accepted best practices along with providing on call and after hour support for any issues that arise.
• This person will work cross functionally with a variety of internal/external IT organizations including other network engineers/administrators, systems engineers/administrators, telecom engineers/administrators, applications developers, consultants, and the management team in a fast paced enterprise environment.

Job Responsibilities
• Manage corporate and production IT Telecom infrastructure.
• Manage partner and vendor relationships.
• Work with both local and US network team in implementing changes and applying best-practices.
• Provide support for all network related issues and maintenance windows.
• Documentation.

Job Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Candidates must have 3+ years of telecom engineering experience in an enterprise environment.
• Expert knowledge of Avaya CM, Audix and CMS.
• Expert knowledge and understanding VDN, Vectors, Skill.
• Deep knowledge of TDM and IP telephony.
• Knowledge of NICE a plus.
• Knowledge of Witness a plus.
• Knowledge of Shoretel is a plus.
• Ability to learn other software for Digital Voice Recording and Screen Loggers.
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication a must.
• Avaya certification is highly desired.
• Must be able to work in a team oriented environment and must be result driven.
• Candidates must be willing to work in Quezon City
