International Voice Online a.k.a. IVOLINE, Inc. is an international company offering English Language Tutorial services for Korean students in a call center environment. At present, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
IT Assistant
(National Capital Reg – Mandaluyong City)
Responsibilities:
* Analyzes, defines and plans the IT needs of the Company. * Evaluates and recommends appropriate solutions to information system/technology requirements of the Company. * Investigate and troubleshoot user problems and source of error, participate in diagnostic procedures, and apply knowledge of company’s systems applications, computer software, hardware, and procedures to resolve problems. * Perform desktop support to troubleshoot & resolved workstation issues, set up, replace, upgrade Hardware and Software, coordinate server related Hardware support, service, and repair. * Responsible for equipment installation and testing * Performs as highly skilled, technical staff in an IT operationRequirements:
* BS Computer Science, BS Computer Engineering, BS Information Technology Graduate. * Familiarity with the following applications will prove to be an advantage: IP PBX, Gateway and Linux. * Candidate must possess CISCO certificate either CCNA, CCNP,CCIE and CCD * With at least 1-2 years work experience specializing in IT/Computer-Network/System * Able to monitor system performance * Has knowledge in installing operating systems and other application software * Have good assistance capabilities for IT related concerns to other department. * With experience in IT field, knowledgeable in programming, networking, troubleshooting, system and data analysis and administration. * With good communication skills, strong leadership skills and good analytical skills. * Must have strong sense of responsibility, good human relation skills and willing to work beyond call of duty. * Should be comfortable with working in shifts * Do field work that would require overtime * Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City.Build your career with us!
