Plan Change
• Identify a list of key stakeholders and stakeholder groups, and define their goals and expectations, including their levels of commitment and ability to influence the change process.
• Identify change structure roles and responsibilities, and define the Change Structure and Governance Approach to build ownership and commitment and improve the effectiveness of the change structure.
• Define the appropriate change initiatives to manage the impacts of the change and the change risk mitigation options.
• Develop and update the Change Plan while considering the Stakeholder Analysis and Change Impact Assessment to enable a successful transition to the target state.
Manage Change
• Measure change progress of stakeholders, track and monitor the progress of the change as well as stakeholders’ position on the commitment curve, and identify and execute corrective actions.
• Support project deployment activities and conduct a post-deployment review to ensure that users and other stakeholders are supported in achieving the project’s objectives and are adopting the change.
Enable and Transform the Organization
• Review the to-be Business Process Design to understand organization and role impacts, and create Role Descriptions for business process roles.
Design and Implement Training and Performance Support
• Determine the Training and Performance Support Strategy and Training and Performance Support Plan.
• Develop the organization transition approach to help the sponsoring organization implement the planned changes.
Build Executive Leadership and Commitment
• Coach and prepare individual leaders to lead the change, and facilitate alignment of project objectives among the leaders
