Full-time SALES TRAINING OFFICER (Alaminos Branch)

at Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. (PCDSI) in


1. Training Program Implementation
2. Monitoring of Training Effectiveness and Follow-up
3. Administrative and Operational Efficiency
4. Submits the following reports:
• Training Feedback Report
• Weekly Work plan
• Weekly Project List
• Other reports that may be required


• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Psychology, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): with very good presentation and facilitation skills, with platform skills, with very good interpersonal skills, Can deal with different types of people.
• Required language(s): English, Filipino
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Alabang.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
