Responsibilities:
• Ensure quality creative/editorial content is delivered on time and on budget.
• Produce all catalog pages and photographs in order to meet our catalog print deadlines
• Ensure that all completed page files are delivered to the US based printer on time
• Set design parameters and stylistic guidelines consistent with each of the five brands
• Ability to think creatively within deadlines & pay acute attention to detail.
• Foster a creative environment that is conducive to creative development
• Manage the Manila Office
• Manage all Staff
• Arrange for Office Maintenance
• Liaison with Accounts Payable and Human Resources in the United States
Requirements:
• University degree or college diploma in graphic design, art, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 + years experience in a creative marketing position. This experience should include both catalog page design and copywriting.
• Exceptional aesthetic sense and intuitive understanding of design principles
• Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior level executives
• Strong leadership, project management & time management skills
• Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills
• Able to provide comprehensive portfolio of previous creative designs and work
• Highly skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark, InDesign, and knowledge of image optimization software.
