Responsibilities:

* Management of in-house sales agents; * Ensure delivery of sales target; * Presentation and negotiation to individual or corporate clients; * Coaching and training of sales agents; * Participate in all sales and marketing activities such as booth manning and saturation to generate sales leads; * Recruitment and maintenance of sales agents

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field; * At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position; * Has excellent written and oral communication skills; * Has proven track record in sales gained from the real estate industry; * Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City; * Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent; * 10 Full-Time positions available
