Mandarin Customer Service Supervisor - Makati

Responsibilities:

-Supervises and coordinates activities of employees engaged in customer service activities
-Plans, prepares, and devises work schedules
-Energize and motivate employees
-Observes and evaluates employee's performance
-Issues instructions and assigns duties to employee
-Prepare training, educate and give instructions to employees
-Supervise quality-monitor employee's interactions with customers
-Communicates with other departments and management to resolve problems at work
-Consult employee in resolving problems and completing daily tasks
-Oversee and execute all down time and emergency operating procedures and processes as appropriate
-Resolves complaints and answers questions of customers regarding services and products
-Prepares daily, monthly reports
-Makes recommendations to management concerning employee and improvement of procedures and quality of service
-Plans and develops improved procedures

Requirements:

-Male/Female
-Willing to work overseas based in Philippines
-University diploma or equivalent in management field
-Fluent in Chinese and English (Speaking, Listening, Writing)
-At least 2-3 years experience in customer service activities
-Ability to encourage and motivate employees with responsible attitude towards their work
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Be able to plan and prioritize work properly
-Be calm under pressure
-Hardworking, willing to learn
-Good decision-making, communication and IT skills
