MARKETING, SALES AND AFTER DIVISION HEAD

The Marketing, Sales and After Sales Head overseas the marketing, sales and after-sales operations for the product/brand. The position provides advice to top management on marketing, sales and after-sales trends and directions, recommends implements and revises marketing plans and strategies to achieve the overall objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Management
• Develop and recommend for the approval the Division’s objectives, strategies, policies, plans and budgets
• Review and approve the objectives, strategies, policies, plans and budgets of each Department in the Division.
• Monitor the Division’s performance against plans, analyzes deviations from plans, pinpoints areas for improvement and direct appropriate courses of action to ensure prompt and proper solution to problems
• Maintain good working relations with colleagues and other senior officers as well as with external entities regarding any matter affecting the operations of the Divisions.
• Ensure that the necessary processes are in place and that authority and responsibilities are properly delegated for efficient and effective operations of the Divisions subject to adequate controls.
• Ensure strict compliance with approved policies , control systems and procedure
• Initiate the hiring, filing of administrative cases, promoting and disciplining of staff in the Division
• Direct, guide, develop and motivate staff directly supervised and evaluate their performance
• Oversee the training and development of personnel in the Division
• Prepare, review and sign correspondence, memoranda and reports pertaining pertaining to the Division’s activities
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and procedures of the Division
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior
Functional
Market Planning
• Oversee the formulation, implementation and monitoring of the Marketing Plan and Strategy
• Oversee the formulation, implementation and monitoring of the Communications Strategy
• Review Product Management and Market Research results
• Ensure effectiveness of the Market Planning and Advertising and Programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Functional
After Sales
• Oversee the formulation, implementation and monitoring of After Sales Plans and Programs
• Ensure implementation of dealership after sales standards, policies and procedures
• Ensure that corrective measure are implemented should problems occur concerning the after sales operations of the dealership
• Expedite solution on critical concerns that cannot be resolved at the group level
Customer Relations
• Oversee the formulation, implementation and monitoring of Customer Care activities
• Decide on good will Warranty cases
Dealer Operations
• Ensure the implementation of dealership standard, policies and procedures
• Review action plans and programs that will enhance the performance of the dealerships in selling
• Ensure the expansion of the dealership network at the right time and that the leaderships received enough support
Distribution
• Oversee efficient stock and inventory
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Management
• Master’s degree in business Administration/ Experienced preferred
Experience
• Minimum of ten years (10) experience in Marketing in the Automotive Industry.
