• Someone with child care qualification with previous experience in caring for children who has an excellent perception of normal child development, and is able to support the various therapy programs underway related to speech, language & occupational therapy

• Someone who has experience feeding a child using a gastrostomy tube

• Someone with the ability to recognise illness in a child and who will be able to act appropriately.

• Someone who can follow guidelines on specific care of the child during in illness.

• Someone who has previously worked, or is willing to work in a home care environment.

• Someone who is willing to learn and follow complex dietary requirements and make c hanges in accordance with health care professionals.

• Supporting the parents with the oral feeding regimen, and general cleanliness/housekeeping of the baby and his environment.

Terms and Conditions:
1- Salary of UAE Dirhams 2000 gross acceptable plus accommodation, food during working hours, transportation to be provided

2- 6 days a week, either day or night shift, with each shift being 11-12 hrs

3- Experience & confidence with children

4- No ‘personal baggage’ – in others, nothing left unresolved on the personal or family front

5- Prepared to deal with the initial sense of homesickness

6- Initial temporary visit on non-employment visa to ascertain suitability

8- Prepared to work in a home setting as well as the sponsor son’s nursery/school

9- 2 year fixed contract, renewable on mutual consent

10- Below age of 30, and preferably unmarried

11- Recognition that you will be required to pay all expenses if there is early termination from our side, mainly due to poor performance, or she wants to leave pre-contract expiry due to any reason.

12- The cost of the initial temporary visa (UAE Dirhams 2500 incl 1000 deposit) and ticket (AED 4200) to be borne 50% by both sides. The selected candidate won’t have to pay from their side – we’ll deduct their 50% share from their salary for 1st 3 months while on probation. If clause 11 kicks in, they have to pay the balance as well. If they get confirmed, we pay them this difference back in future salary payments.
